Ralph and I attended my BFF, Cynthia's wedding dinner in One World Hotel last night. It was a wonderful wedding dinner (will post the pictures once I got it from her photographer). Anyway, we went to GSC One Utama as we were in the mood for movies after dinner and he chose to watch the latest movie, which was released on Christmas day -
The Spirit.
Directed and written by comic book deity Frank Miller.
Unfortunately, this has to be the worst movie of the year! I'm sorry to say that the movie was horrible.
Not even 1 hour, half of the moviegoers walked out of the cinema and I almost wanted to throw rotten tomatoes my popcorn to the screen!
Oh my I just couldn't stop yawning. Ended up I felt asleep. Obviously, we too left the cinema halfway through. We don't even want to know or care how it ends. Seriously, this is the worst movie I've ever seen in 2008.
Watch it if you are a big fan of movie which is based on graphic novel. It might be right up your alley. But I warned you! Oh, keep your kids away from this movie too because it was rated PG-13 by the MPAA for "intense sequences of stylized violence and action, some sexual content, and brief nudity".
Ladies & Gentlemen (LadyJava, Gallivanter, Bluecrystaldude, Xin, Mizé, Mr. Fy, Ori, Bono, Bintang, Mariuca, Life Ramblings, Marie, Azlan, Foong, Faizal, Molly, Mj Ces, Jacky, Asmaliana,) the answer to the mind boggling question is
Before I'm getting ready for Christmas Eve dinner + party, I have something to share.
I usually don't watch health programme or anything like that. But, today I turned on TV3 at 5pm because my bf was on air! The show is hosted by JS and JM. It was a segment on macrobiotic diet, a topic covered on Health Buzz. Apparently, he didn't know he has to appear on TV as his job is to coach. But, on that day itself, they needed somebody with the 'Yang' feature, so there he went.
I am going to start a new blog that focuses on ONLY ONE topic!
Can you guess the subject that I'm passionate about?

It is getting close to Christmas time! One of the best things about Christmas when I was a kid was getting gifts, which my parents put under our huge Christmas tree. I remember the sheer joy on Christmas morning when I woke up and unwrapped my gift. But now, besides celebrating the birth of Jesus and the gift of God's love for us, I would have to say that giving someone a present at Christmas time is better than just receiving gifts.
Once I read an article about beggars in Kampala, Uganda. They said, "Christmas is for those who are well off. For us, we stay in our suffering." I feel so sad upon reading this statement. Some people are more fortunate than the others in terms of materialistic wealth and happiness. HE has done this so that those who have more can share it with the ones who are less fortunate to keeping the feeling of sharing and caring alive in humans.
Giving doesn't have to cost the roof. I'm sure a short trip to your wardrobe can provide you with that extra amount of baggage that lies crumpled in your closet. Many times I donate handbags, my unwanted but still good and wearable clothes for the often-forgotten people. I own more than I need (or want). Since my bf said most of my clothes are a bit revealing (blame the weather! or unless there's a Cinderella Project helps girls who can't afford a dress for prom, then do let me know), so this time round I have decided to donate food and toys including MPG Teddy Bear (if I win the contest)!
Speaking of toys, who wants the MPG Teddy Bear?
Of course, I want!
Who doesn't love adorable and cuddly soft teddy bear like this? But, what can be more rewarding than seeing a small kid smile when you present him/her the MPG Teddy Bear?
Oh, and I'd like to name the brown teddy bear - Brownee!

I've just finished dropping on 300 EC! Phew! And while I was doing my EC round, a "Security Center Alert" prompt saying :
Do you want to block this suspicious software?
Name: Trojan.Zlob.G
Risk Level: High
Description: Trojan.Zlob.G is a trojan program that records keystrokes and takes screen shots of the computer, stealing personal and financial information.
I was shocked. Did I visit websites that are of questionable nature? I wondered how this monster ended up on my laptop! It is very annoying to see that message pop-up every few minutes OK!
OMG!
HELP!!!!!
Can anyone show me how to get rid of that Trojan.Zlob.G pop-up?
We woke up at 12 noon to a really hot, sunny day! What could be better than a dip in the pool and fun in the sun? Oh no! I'm not loving it. But, we had already promised to Lili to swim with her at Aseania Resort, the resort where she stayed. Also known as Langkawi’s Pink Palace, Aseania has the country's longest swimming pool at 154.4 metres long. That's the best feature of the hotel, I guess.
"oh gosh! I'm not going to burn myself under the sun!"
Hence, I had no choice but to dip myself into the pool.
Abdullah, Ralph, Asim, Salleh.
Pool slides and lazy river, surrounded by lush tropical greenery.
Pool bar area.
Lili and I.
Yah-KOOT-zee.
I wanted to play the water slide with them, but I don't know how to swim and Ralph kept telling me how deep the water was at that point! He knows I'm afraid of deep water.
Still and all, he let me achieve the thrill factor I wanted and I knew he would save me, no matter what.
Aaaarrrhhhhgggg.....!!!!! Woo-hoo! We enjoyed racing down the slide and splashing into the water!
Obviously, I drank a lot of chlorinated water. I struggled so hard to keep my head above the water. Ralph who had already stood by there used every ounce of his strength, grabbed me from the water and pulled me to the surface. I got the attention of a lifeguard and he was ready to jump into the pool.
They were all laughing. Go imagine my stupid movement in the water!
I'll end this post with a few pictures of parasailing in Pantai Cenang (Cenang Beach) late in the evening. What an awesome memories of flying over that beautiful blue water, I assumed.
