Ever heard of it?
Well, we have been drinking kefir everyday since two weeks ago and we absolutely love it!
Kefir (pronounced as "kuh-feer") is a fermented milk drink, with a consistency similar to thin yogurt that help balance your "inner ecosystem" to maintain optimal health and strengthen immunity. Thanks to Andrei and Katya for the
cauliflower kefir grains. Kefir grains are a combination of friendly bacteria and beneficial yeasts with casein (milk proteins) and complex sugars.
In fact, it is very easy to make kefir. Just follow the simple steps according to them. 1) Add pasteurised milk (it can be made from any type of milk) with kefir grains, cover with a lid and ferment at room temperature for about 24 hours depending on your taste. 48 hours will make a thicker, sourer kefir, 12 hours a thinner, sweeter kefir.
2) 24 hours later, strain the prior day's kefir batch into a clean container and it is ready to drink! It should be creamy and a little thicker than milk. Normally, we will put the ready-to-drink kefir into the refrigerator before consumption.
3) After straining, return the grains into a clean container. We have a baby kefir! The grains will grow during fermentation and additional grains are produced.
4) Repeat whole process by adding pasteurised milk to the grains to make the next batch.
Today, kefir is becoming increasingly popular due to new research into its health benefits. Basically, they just told us how to make kefir but you can find out all-about-kefir from the cool sites below.

- IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS or else THE GRAINS WILL DIE!
Please accept the real kefir grains as a precious living beings. Love them, talk to them, handle them gently, feed them regularly and they will pay you back with your health. When you take loving care about them, they will be with you for the rest of your life and you will be the one who benefited most. *Uh-oh!*

When I watched Malaysian Dreamgirl, it will remind me of America's Next Top Model. But, I'm not going to compare the blond-hair-blue-eyed-dolls and black-hair-asian-eyed-dolls or who's got the best legs or who's got the nicest cleavage or who's got the kick-ass body among the MDG.
After watching those contestants went through some session about modelling, catwalk lessons, photo shoots, transformations, challenges and some drama over phone time, bitched to the camera individual confession, cried throughout the whole thing, expressed their excitement, showed any emotion during the photo shoots, from episode 1 to 6, all in all,
Jean was my favourite but she decided to withdraw from the competition.
This is my favourite hairstyle!!! Stylish yet feminine. It looks fantastic on Fiqa. Don't you think so?
Alison who has the nice personality was eliminated?! I like her too. I know. It seems unfair to her since she doesn't have many friends in Malaysia.
9 Tyra wannabes remaining girls,
and
my favourite is
