I always enjoy being around people who give me those uncontrollable belly chuckles that I hope never end. Well, it's been well-documented that laughter can improve our overall health and produces a general sense of well-being; not only decreases stress hormones but activates the immune system, lowers blood pressure, improve brain functioning and protects the heart. It is free and has no known negative side effects. Perhaps, that's the biggest benefit of laughter.

To bring more laughter into my life, I watch some Stand-up Videos clips from RD.com. Yes, Reader's Digest has its own website that expands the offerings of the magazine. When I ran across RD Laughs Main that keep me amused, I couldn't wait to share it with you! I love the Funny Cartoons that tickled my funny bone. LOL. The jokes are generally clean and funny to keep the whole family laughing out loud!

So, when was the last time you had a big ol' belly laugh?

If you are looking for some laughs, I would definitely suggest you sign-up for their Jokes RSS feeds to keep the laughs coming your way and also their Laughs newsletter to get a dose of "funny" every week for that matter. Really! If you want to make people laugh till they fall over, then submit a joke and stand a chance to win $100. Enjoy!

Laughter is infectious but a moment of joy. Sometimes we just need a smile from someone to make our day special ;-)

Molly,
Yes...I believe that if people can get more laughter in their lives, they are a lot better off.

SJB,
*smiling* for you ;-)
