During our last trip to Langkawi, we dropped by a private white sand beach which was the perfect place to sit and soak up some sun while enjoying the crystal-clear azure waters. This place also provided a host of water activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. Well, I love being on, in and around the water. But, I have never tried any water sports before. Why? Because I can't swim, I have a deathly fear of drowning and I've had a fear of deep water! I know. I know life jacket is provided but I just couldn't get over my fear. Smiley

Anyway, have you ever tried stand up paddle boarding? Currently, this sport is booming everywhere in the world.

Many others claim that the beauty of stand up paddle boarding is the health benefits and it is best described as "Yoga on Water". A paddle board can enhance a yoga or fitness workout because you have to maintain your balance on the board throughout the workout routine. Its great exercise for your lower back muscles and your legs in particularly. It's also a great way to keep you arms looking trim and many people think its one of the best cardio exercises they have done.

Florida Paddleboard Retailers are known to carry the top brands paddle boards designed for differing levels from beginner to an advance competitive racer. The boards are larger than a surf board enabling a person to stand on top and paddle. This is a fun sport that I guess I should try as this is not as fearful as playing in a deep water. The biggest plus, is that it's an enjoyable core fitness exercise on the planet; leave the world behind at the water's edge and let the dance take over!

Do you have a love for water sports (other than swimming)?

Did you watch the England vs Germany match last night? I'd like to see England win, but Germany played really well. Okay, England made mistakes but THE REFEREE MADE THE BIGGEST ONE!

Oh well, England kicked-off from the World Cup 2010 campaign after their lost against Germany. Still, this doesn't stop me from supporting England and wearing England's color.

#1 Pasir Bogak @ Pangkor Island.

It is the second popular beach after Teluk Nipah and both are separated by Turtle Bay.

With its shallow and crystal-clear water, this beach is described as the world's biggest "swimming pool". Well, whether one will believe this or not, whether these distinctions are accurate, the fact is that the beach has soft white sands and is very clean!

“I’m this healthy person, I’ve been healthy all my life, and all of a sudden I have cancer. Are you kidding me?” tennis legend Martina Navratilova said. “I was devastated,” she told ABC television’s “Good Morning America” on being diagnosed in February, when a routine mammogram revealed a cluster in her left breast.

The former world number one said she had intended to keep the news quiet but changed her mind when she realized she could persuade other women to go for check-ups.

Getting a mammogram can help find the cancer early.

“The sooner you catch it, the better,” she said. “So get the bloody mammogram.”

Have you ever had a screening mammogram? Admittedly, although breast cancer is the number one killer of women in Malaysia, I have never had a screening mammogram. Oh wait, I am still under the age of 40!

The National Cancer Institute recommend that women age 40 and older should have mammograms every 1 to 2 years as the older a woman is, the greater her chance of developing breast cancer. And, more than 90% of all breast cancers are detected by mammogram.

Cancer is a scary word. But breast cancer is not a death sentence and every day there are more breast cancer survivors due to advances in treatments and drug therapy. Regular screening is the best way to find breast cancer early in most women. If you are at higher risk you may need mammograms at an earlier age or more often.

Don't let fear stop you from being screened! I know some women are terrified of getting mammograms, in worrying about get undressed, put on one of the exam gowns, go through the embarrassing motions of exposing first one breast, then the other to the clinician and the cold machine, get redressed, and wait the anxious days until you get the all clear signal. But, hey, mammograms can detect cancer in its very early stages and they do have the potential to save your lives.

Anyway, for those privacy-conscious patients, a move has spearheaded wherein patient exam gowns have been planned to be redesigned. For when patients' dignity is by far an important consideration, making sure that they are treated in a very respectful manner is their first way of coping up with their illness. And all these begin with what they wear in the hospital.

By the way, men can get breast cancer too. Please check your breasts today!

#1 Guess where this place is?

No, it's not in Hong Kong, obviously.

Hong Kong has great food and a rich food culture, there's no question about that. I've never been to Hong Kong but it is on my wish list!

Okay, so after lunch, we went to Krispy Kreme for doughnuts. Right after that we made our way over to Hong Kong's Food Culture for Hong Kong street foods.

Foods are mostly deep fried and I love it!

#4 Baby octopus and mussel served on wooden skewers.

#5 Curry fish balls, definitely a must try!

If you're into Hong Kong street foods like me, then you're more than likely going to really dig the

#6 Hong Kong's Food Culture @ Low Yat Plaza!

Happy eating!

Woohoo Argentina beats South Korea 4-1 and reached in top 16 group of FIFA World Cup! This is the biggest football event ever and this match produced the exciting, attacking football that it was capable of.

Gonzalo Higuain scored three times and Argentina showed its true talent in an impressive 4-1 victory over South Korea.

It was interesting to watch both the teams face each other after their very strong opening matches. Ironically, the two managers played against each other in the World Cup back in 1986 as Diego Maradona's Argentina beat Hun Jung-Moo's South Korea 3-1 in Mexico.

I was not rooting for any particular side, but I wanted Argentina to win because I had a running bet with my friends. Well, I'm not a massive gambler myself, I have the odd bet if I feel like it, but I do it more as a means of having fun rather than seeing it as a way of making money. So I can just go with my gut feel and hope for the best.

When it comes to World Cup betting, I know it is important that you gather up as much information as you possibly can before placing your wagers. That is if you are looking to make a profit from betting on the 2010 World Cup.

With the tournament now upon us, ApostaGanha is here to help you to get the most from your World Cup betting. They offer betting picks, tips and previews for online sports betting, trading and betting tutorials to beat the bookmakers. You can take all those tips into account when deciding on your own bets!

One of the most highly anticipated matches, in the whole of the group stages takes place tomorrow, with the heavyweight European clash between Germany and Serbia.

I want Germany to win!

So what do think? Do I have a chance of winning something?
