We are all, in the end, exiles from our childhoods, and lost to the things that used to make us happy. This need not be a disaster, but deeply felt and on the back of that feeling, Pixar has made a masterpiece.

And, yes, there was a moment in Toy Story 3 - right at the end - when I cracked. It is not only a masterpiece but is one of the most heart-rending films I have ever seen. It is equal parts hilarious, warm, clever, exciting and touching, a story of friendship and imagination and a last blast of childhood joy before leaving the toys for the next generation of playtime storytellers.

Here is a synopsis:

In Toy Story 3, Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (voiced by Tim Allen) and the rest of the Toy Story gang return for an all-new adventure, along with a few new faces- some plastic, some plush- including Barbie's counterpart Ken (voiced by Timothy Dalton) and a strawberry- scented bear named Lots-O-Huggin-Bear (voiced by Ned Beatty).

"It's the biggest, best, most exciting Toy Story of them all," raves Access Hollywoods Scott Mantz. As Andy prepares to depart for college, Woody, Buzz, Jessie and the rest of Andy's faithful toys wonder what will become of them. But, when a mix-up lands them at Sunnyside Daycare, they meet a host of new toys and soon discover a wild new adventure is just beginning. Buzzing with hours of bonus features, including the Pixar short film Day: Night, Toy Story 3 goes to infinity and beyond!

It has been more than 10 years of playtime with the loyal buddies of "Toy Story 2," and in that time the characters have grown up and grown out of toys. Like Andy, we too were making the tough decision, of what to do with our old toys. I think this is what makes it an emotional movie.

Need I say more?

Definitely worth a pickup for any Pixar/Toy Story fan, and if you haven't pulled the trigger on acquiring either of the previous films, you can pick up all three in a trilogy pack at Tesco Entertainment too as these are definitely some toys you'll want to keep forever.

Oh well, I can never be a child again, but for one hour and 38 minutes, Toy Story 3 gets me close.

Hmmm. What movie should I watch next? *going through my DVDs collection* Smiley

Peter Pan and his fellow friends turned the Amphitheatre @ Sunway Lagoon into Peter's Neverland and it was magical!

I took A LOT of pictures (yeah, what else is new? ), but I'm just too tired to upload them right now.

I will definitely blog about it very, very soon!

We've heard of this new eatery many times, driven past it even more, but never ventured in. Recently, we stopped by for a late bite to eat.

The atmosphere was great, cozy and relaxing. Service was quite prompt and good, probably because it was not very crowded.

#4 I loved this place, especially the large outdoor seating area!

#5 But, there was nobody sitting at the outdoor seating area as it was drizzling that night.

#6 Chicken Curry Rice (RM 8.60).

#7 Fresh Lemon Honey Ice (RM 3.90).

#8 My Sambal Petai Fried Rice (RM 10.90).

Don't ask me why I must eat rice everyday. I'm Asian, duh!

#9 White Coffee (RM 3.10).

#10 Their Signature Fried Rice (RM 8.60).

The drinks were good and the food was decent, but a little pricey though!

No road is long with good company. Looking back, I still find it amazing that Ralph and I have been together for as long as we have, but only because we know each other well and have been through a lot together. There were sad times, glad times, and just lots of times, that we shared together. It has been a great ride so far.

Well, tomorrow is our 5th dating anniversary!

I only hope that we move forward with even more love, passion and shared dreams...

Have you watched the new Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows"?

Ralph said he wanted to watch it today. The thing is, *whispers* I am not a fan of Harry Potter!

I don't even know much about the story.

I've never watched any Harry Potter movies and I've never read any of the books!

But since it's so darn popular and Ralph wants to watch it so badly, I thought I might like to watch it or keep him company. Before you ask, yeah, he refuses to go to movies alone.

Okay, it's time to get some shut-eye, so that I'll not fall asleep and snore through the entire movie later!

Happy Sunday peeps! Hope you all have a wonderful day.

#1 Loudspeaker Karaoke @ Kota Damansara.

As I mentioned here, we went to Loudspeaker Karaoke on a Saturday night and we really enjoyed ourselves. Well, I'm not a 'karaoke virgin', but the last time I lost my 'karaoke cherry' was AGES AGO!!!

#4 The room was big enough for approximately 7 people and, as we were 4 in total, there was plenty of space.

#8 A touch screen unit.

#9 With over thousand songs and artists to choose from there is a track for everyone on their system.

The price is also very reasonable - RM 28.00 nett per person, 3 hours per session, inclusive of two beverages for each person.

#10

#11 They were belting out karaoke hits, singing song after song.

When they sang Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance", there were lots of laughing and some mild attempts of dancing. It was hilarious! Smiley

Sure, karaoke is fun. In fact, 3 hours per session is definitely not enough. After that night, we can't wait to return for another awesome night out!

Karaoke anyone?
