I'm not, nor have I ever been, a huge fan of football. However, I don't mind going out to watch the occasional game with Ralph and our friends as long as I've something to eat while I'm there.

D'stall Corner @ Kelana Jaya, a restaurant for Reds fans and it's our new favorite place to watch a football match while enjoying a nice meal together!

As you probably know by now, Local football fans of the English Premier League (EPL) are in for a fantastic treat in July as three of the Big Four of the EPL – Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool – will be in town for a 10-day EPL Festival.

Ralph is a Liverpool fan, and I don't know an exactly reason why he supports Liverpool. Obviously, he was overjoyed when he found out Liverpool will be stepping on Malaysian soil for the first time to play a friendly match against our national football team during their 2011 Far East Asian Tour! Title sponsored by Standard Chartered Bank, the match will be a piece of football history and it is sure to create excitement as the Reds have a massive fan base in Malaysia.

Malaysia will play former English Premiership champions Arsenal on July 13, followed by former Champions League winners Liverpool, three days later and Chelsea on July 21. All these matches will be held at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.

For Malaysia XI vs. Liverpool FC Match Details,

Time: 5.45pm
Date: 16th July 2011 - Saturday
Venue: National Stadium, Bukit Jalil

The ticket prices are RM58, RM68 and RM108 with limited VIP tickets going for RM388. RM108 tickets will be available from 10 June with free training passes, subject to stock availability, at selected Adidas stores.

Liverpool fans, mark your calendars! Smiley

Good morning Mon!! :) J isn't really a big football fan.. although he does catch the games on tv sometimes. Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal! Fans are definitely spoilt for choice this year.. it's fantastic! So is Ralph going? In 2009, my bro went to the MU game and he managed to get the training passes.. which were pretty cool, he said. But I had to call outlets all around lah and find one that still had training passes.. LOL! Luckily still got in the obscure Subang Parade store. But that time it was Al-Ikhsan selling.. not Adidas.

Anyways, that D'Stall looks like a really cool place to hang out. Looks like a sports bar too! So cool!

Hi sweetie!!

I too am not a huge fan of football but if that's what's on TV, I can layan la.. :-)

My BBunz is a huge fan of Arsenal.. He had been supporting Arsenal since he was 9y/o all the way back in England.. He used to play for his school too, they toured during the summer and he gets paid like 300 pounds per week.. Isn't that awesome when you're 12 y/o? Arsenal had always been the team he supported with his homies so now that they're finally coming for the first time, I surprised him the tickets la.. Hehehe.. Can't wait to see them!

As for me, I don't really care if it's Arsenal or Liverpool or Chelsea, if I get to take photos, then that's fine for me! Hehehe :-P
