I never would have thought there was such a trendy cafe exists in a secluded space within an unassuming old block of flats in Section 17, PJ.

MM Cafe, which stands for MasterMind Cafe is a pork-free outlet and free Wi-Fi is available.

My sister brought us here for dinner on a Saturday night. Here's what we had:

Mushroom soup served with garlic bread.

Homemade spring rolls served with salads as an appetizer.

Seafood soup noodles.

Ginger beef noodles.

Chicken Rendang served with rice.

Lamb chop served with fries and sauteed vegetables.

While choosing for dessert, I was told that within six months of operation, their brownie was voted one of the Best in Malaysia by readers of The Star Newspaper!

Brownies served with ice cream and crispy almond flakes.

It's true enough that their all-time famous brownies were amazing, with exceptionally good texture, moistness and very chocolaty! Smiley

So, what's my verdict on the food?

The food was just okay but I knew where I would go for brownies. I'm a sucker for anything ultra rich and chocolaty.
