Whenever we visit Malacca, we always make sure we stop by Jonker Street for a meal. So right after we checked out from A' Famosa Resort, we drove to Malacca city centre for lunch and the journey took us just over half an hour.

The restaurant was fully air-conditioned, which was great as the weather was driving me crazy!

Well, we've been to this restaurant quite a few times, but our last visit had us scratching our heads.

Rice Balls

These rice balls maybe about the size of golf balls, but they were not fragrant with chicken flavor anymore, just plain rice in balls.

Char Siew (Barbecued Pork)

Roasted chicken

Tom Yum Cabbage

It was sour and SO spicy it can almost blow your socks off, but I love it!

We walked along Jonker Street to do some shopping after having our lunch. However, the incredibly hot and humid weather (yes, I know I've already mentioned it) was obviously taking its toll on me. I felt cranky and tired and we ended up queuing for a few bowls of cendol!
