With bananas I love them in smoothies, muffins, breads etc but I don't really like to have it as is. So I was craving a banana milkshake and had no ice cream in the freezer. Here's what I did with my leftover ripe bananas!
Place all the ingredients (sliced banana, cold whole milk and honey) into the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy then pour into a large glass and enjoy!
I especially love it for how quick and easy it's to make this thick and creamy shake! Also, a banana milkshake is a nutritious drink that is healthy for my digestive system.
Whether or not you need to put on weight, every one of us NEEDS a milkshake – at least occasionally!
