Back from family vacation and now, it's back to reality, back to blogging! I undoubtedly have many stories and thousands of pictures to share (we were on an 8-day tour that covered almost the whole of Taiwan Island), but I've been busy since getting back home, so you can expect to hear more from me about Taiwan in the coming weeks!

Before I begin with the nitty-gritty details, here's a brief summary of our vacation that was organized by Best Holiday Sdn Bhd, a tour agency based in Malaysia.

The itinerary was fast paced in order to see as much as possible in a limited amount of time and I couldn't imagine a country, which is geographically tiny, has a host of interesting places to visit! Also known as Formosa, meaning "Beautiful Island", the island of Taiwan is full of life, not only it has heaps to see and do and buy and eat, getting around is a cinch!
