I've no idea what is the exact date of Mid-autumn Festival falls on this year, but obviously it's around the corner with the decorations set in place; the strings of multi-colored lanterns hanging, the stalls selling assorted mooncakes, traditional confectionaries and snacks, and the traditional Chinese cultural performances.
Ralph took the pictures above last Monday; he seemed over the moon for 1 Utama's Mid-autumn Festival celebrations!
#15 Mochi Sweets, Japanese Luxury Sweets at RM3.50 or RM4 each.
Having tried mochi in Taiwan, I learned that I'm not a fan of mochi but that's just me.
#18 The Haagen-Dazs' ice cream mooncakes are priced at RM138 per box. I'm just not sure I'd be willing to pay RM34 for a piece of mooncake!
#19 Instead of buying mooncakes (for my godparents) we couldn't afford, we did a little shopping for ourselves and ended up spent over the price of 3 boxes of mooncakes on clothes!
A neon pink shorts, a beige semi-slutty dress, a hot pink chiffon tube dress, a Key NG floral shirt (Ralph's) and...
#20 two pairs of Levi's jeans (a pair for him and a pair for me)!
