Since my dad and I were in dire need to recharge our batteries with a cup of caffeinated goodness after an afternoon of shopping earlier this month, we stopped by at Komugi Cafe (previously known as En Ginza Cafe), a bakery-cum-cafe in Tokyo Street, Pavilion KL. There's nothing better than taking a rest and enjoying a good cup of joe at great cafes!

This cafe is nice and tres chic, and I can see why people like to hang out here. The storefront is heaving with baskets of freshly baked French and Japanese breads, decadent pastries and cakes.

We each ordered a cup of coffee, picked some cute and sweet stuffed buns (I don't remember the exact price, but it's quite reasonable), and sat down to dig in.

Honey pumpkin bun, green apple bun and green tea melon.

Coffee here was amazing with highly skilled baristas that have a knack with latte art.

"Daddy, looks like the bear's begging you not to drink it!"

I was quite delighted when the staff hand me down my caffe latte since they made a very cute Hello Kitty latte art on it!

The art of coffee for me is in the taste, but who doesn't love cute coffee art? It's one of my favorite kinds of art because it involves COFFEE.
