We were looking for a nice place where we could just chill (without blaring music), chat and sip some coffee after dinner on a random night. I've no idea what attracts us to Coffee Mania, a coffee outlet that also serves an extensive menu of Greek and Mediterranean specialties — oh yes I do —

because its large covered outdoor seating area looked cozy with comfy couches and it didn't seem too crowded!

"Come on, don't you ever stop and smell the coffee?"

Even though I wasn't impressed with the latte art (it's something that should make you smile!), the cappuccino (RM9.90) was good but I wouldn't make a return trip for it.

"Coffee and love are best when they are hot."

But wait, having a cappuccino after dinner? The coffee police Italians might have frowned thinking it fundamentally wrong to drink cappuccino after 11am, haha.

Ralph got himself an Iced Caffe Mocha (RM11.90), which was the perfect, cold sweet treat.

As we were leaving, we saw a sign that said, "THIS WAY TO REAL COFFEE".

It appears that, another coffee outlet that everyone seems to rave about - Coffea Coffee is just next to Coffee Mania! Oh well, perhaps next time.

So which coffee outlets that don't contain the words Starbucks do you regularly visit in Bangsar? I'm always eager to try new ones.

"I don't have a problem with caffeine. I have a problem without caffeine!"
